« HOUSE!!! | Main | From the depths of the boxes... »

Is it? Yes, it is!!!

That's right folks, it's a post!  I know, long time no write....  Well, with all of the house commotion, there has been a distinct lack of fiber stuff.  Look at my poor wheels:

Sad and lonely, sitting in the corner.  There's been progress on their new home...  Picture_152  The craft room has a floor!  We still need to get the quarter round around the edges, and I have to finish touching up the paint in the closet where the useless closet pole was, but getting there.  Next stop, Ikea for Stolmen and Expedit with Lekman boxes for storage.  Stolmen isn't showing the workstation online, so I hope they still have it.....

I have received a few things I ordered before the move hit.  I ordered the Checkerboard Charms pattern and the yarn from Knitpicks.Picture_149   I also got in the Bea Ellis Kit I'd ordered. I'm a such a dork, I couldn't remember what I'd ordered, it's Let it Snow that I got.  Picture_154  And do I have the needles for either?  Nope.  Yeesh.  So I have needles on order.  I'll start these eventually.

I finally got in my order from Carolina Homespun, a new Strauch ball winder Picture_147  and the brush attachment Picture_148  for my drum carder.  Both will be fun, when I can find time to play with them.

I just want to share one last thing with you all.  This is why you shouldn't bother buying cat beds, and why I'll never spend the time to knit one.

Picture_145   At least they're good company while writing blog posts....  Picture_153

What wonderful things! And what fun to move into a new home! There is something on it's way to you, unfortunately to the old address and it's comming from Canada, so hopefully it will get there soon. I have one last box for you....could you have the SP6 hostess send your new one to me? I want to make sure it makes it to you before the big holiday!

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! I just posted about the last SP package you so generously gifted me with on my blog, but I wanted to let your readers know about your awesome gift too. I love it! i can't wait to start dying some of this stuff... You've been a terrific SP, and I'm so glad I can start reading your blog and getting to know YOU now!

You are a rockin' secret pal, what a nice package! (heehee)

Congrats on the new house, but I can't wait to see what you've spun up lately. Hope all is well with all of you guys, despite this crazy cold weather.
